Minutes for Unit 509 Board Meeting:
Called to order: 5:00
Adjourned: 6:00
Attended: Jane Bender, Karen Weissberg, Jan Conklin, Maxine Reagh, Tony Jackson, Cathy Wagener, Kathy Venton
Treasurer’s Report: Balance as of April 13, 2018 is $6,673.88 (see attached).
Minutes Format: Minutes will just summarize items and list action taken.
Change of Venue for Sectional: The Board discussed the pros and cons of Petaluma Community Center versus the Odd Fellows Hall. Item has been tabled and the Board will look at it in the future.
District Representatives: Three representatives must be recruited for District 509 to attend Regionals.
Longest Day: Scheduled for June 21st. The event will be listed on the unit web page and Karen will send out an email blast. It was suggested the Board solicit donations from businesses for the raffle.
